Crystal Morrison has spent much of her career inside the coatings and specialty materials industry, leading R&D, working across businesses and markets, and helping turn technology into commercial growth. 

Today, she works across the CASE industry as an executive advisor and strategist, helping companies navigate business strategy, M&A, technology and growth. 

A scientist, strategist and self-described “strategy ninja,” Crystal is equally comfortable in the executive boardroom and on the manufacturing floor. On Business of CASE, she brings that experience, curiosity and straight-talking style to conversations with the executives and leaders behind the industry.
